This organic light roasted coffee comes from a farm and micro-mill located at around 1,900-2,000 meters in the Costa Rican region of San José de León Cortes, Tarrazu. With hints on honey and caramel, it is a very well balanced cup. We love when this coffee is available, a favorite in the roastery.
